 We spend a good part of our time and resources at the installer level. We enlisted an independent agency to randomly survey 100 installer customers about ATP, its salesmen and its products.
These ratings show that customers' perceptions of ATP salespersons are very positive. Most rated each of these attributes as describing the salesperson very well.
