| ATP ANNOUNCES NEW APPLICATIONS FOR AT-202 SYNTHETIC PROTECTANT AT-202 now features a new full color label. AT-202 Synthetic Protectant can now be used to replace Allison C-4 transmission fluid (1 oz. per two quarts of Dexron/Mercon fluid) and can be used in 4 x 4 transfer cases that use transmission fluid. GM has a standing bulletin on 4 x 4 transfer case problems (bump/clunk upon acceleration). A new fluid is recommended, and you guessed it – AT-202 replaces this new fluid. AT-202 should be used in a ratio of 1 oz. per quart of Dexron/Mercon fluid in transfer cases. For further details contact your local ATP supplier.
